We had a good experience this Thomson RE specifically our property manager Xavier. He was easy to get a hold of when needed. He was also very prompt in sorting out the end of lease steps and giving our bond back as we got it back the very next day we handed in the keys. He tries his best to negotiate with us the tenants and the landlord as well. There were some things we were not too happy with but that was more the situation and perhaps the actual landlord. Xavier handled it all quite diplomatically.
